Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please take a moment to check our Return & Exchange Policy. If your request fits within the guidelines, we’ll be more than happy to help.
General Conditions
During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund or exchange of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
Returns will only be accepted if:
1. The product is unopened, unused and in pristine condition.
2. All labels and original packaging remain fully intact.
You must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. You will bear the shipping costs added where applicable.
ONANOFF will not accept returns if products have been opened, used, damaged, or if labels or packaging have been removed, damaged or altered in any way.
What Can't Be Returned
- Items that are opened, used or damaged.
- Products with missing or removed labels
- Items without original packaging
- Items with altered or damaged packaging
- Orders lost in transit (cannot be compensated)
- Sale Orders / Discounted Products
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

20 USD, 15 EURO, 12GBP, 150 SEK or 150 NOK will be charged for uncollected items if the package is to be re-sent.
20 USD, 15 EURO, 12GBP, 150 SEK or 150 NOK will be charged for returned deliveries caused by entering incorrect or insufficient contact details.
Orders to countries outside USA, ASIA and EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
