At ONANOFF, the trust and satisfaction of our customers and partners are our highest priority. We are writing to share an important update regarding the availability of StoryPhones and StoryShields products in Germany.
The Update
Following a recent legal decision by the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, ONANOFF BV. is required to immediately cease all distribution, marketing, and sales of StoryPhones and StoryShields products within Germany.
StoryPhones and StoryShields will no longer be sold or distributed there. In addition, we are carrying out a full recall of all StoryPhones and StoryShields currently in the German market.
Please note that this action is required as a result of a legal ruling and is not related to product safety or performance.
