Earlier this month at CES 2019, we showcased our latest award-winning headphones and debuted exciting new safe audio products that we’ll be rolling out this year.
What is CES?
CES is an annual Consumer Electronics Show held every January in Las Vegas, Nevada. The show is one of the largest in the world and known for being a platform to launch new products and technologies in the consumer electronics industry.

This was our fifth year at CES, and we can proudly say it was our best! We went in to the show with two CES Innovation Award Honoree mentions- one for the BuddyPhones PLAY and another for ONANOFF’s brand new StudyPhones. Closing out the show, we were featured on some "Best of CES" lists from major publications like Gadget Flow and Shack News.
1. We connect with our global partners
BuddyPhones are sold in over 60 countries around the world. When you take that into consideration, it makes sense that we don’t often get to meet our partners in person. With a massive trade show like CES that brings in over 150,000 visitors, we have the opportunity to connect with our global partners, like distributors, retailers, influencers and more.

2. We see the future
CES is where most brands, especially larger corporations, choose to unveil new products. While the sheer number of attendees is staggering (more than 180,000 in 2018!), they aren’t necessarily introducing something new. That’s why it’s an honor for us to be selected from thousands of products as not just exhibitors, but innovators in our industry. Having a presence at CES gives us context, and inspiration, for what we do in the audio technology and sets us apart as pioneers of safe listening products.

3. We have hands-on team building
What better way to get to know your team than spending 4 days at one of the world’s largest consumer electronics show? It’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea, but when you can eat, sleep, work, and play together as a team at CES, you know you have a good thing going! Assembled from all over the world, our Dream Team made a huge impact on CES this year by meeting new clients, introducing new products, and even being on camera when media came to visit the booth.

4. We make lots of new buddies!
Each year we are overwhelmed by how many visitors already know about BuddyPhones. It’s also really special to introduce the world of safe audio to guests who don’t know about us. We can talk face-to-face about the importance of protecting kids hearing and get instant feedback. Most people light up when they find out about BuddyPhones!
