Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, please take a moment to check our Return & Exchange Policy. If your request fits within the guidelines, we’ll be more than happy to help.
General Conditions
- Shipping costs will be added where applicable.
- During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice.
- Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.
What Can't Be Returned
- Sale Orders / Discounted Products
- Products with missing or removed labels
- Items without original packaging
- Orders lost in transit (cannot be compensated)
20 USD, 15 EURO, 12GBP, 150 SEK or 150 NOK will be charged for uncollected items if the package is to be re-sent.
20 USD, 15 EURO, 12GBP, 150 SEK or 150 NOK will be charged for returned deliveries caused by entering incorrect or insufficient contact details.
Orders to countries outside USA, ASIA and EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
