When will you receive the order?

For Orders within US & Europe:

We take 1 to 3 business day to process and dispatch your order. And it takes 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered.

For Orders within Hong Kong & China:

We take 1 to 3 business day to process and dispatch your order. And it takes 5-7 business days for the order to be delivered.

For International Orders (outside US, Europe, Hong Kong & China):

Our delivery partner for international orders is FedEx. It takes up to 7-10 business days from our end to deliver regular orders. Please allow an additional 2 days for custom printing.

Additional delays in shipping include the following:

• Incorrect address/pin code/phone no.
• Product is under pre-order & will be available at a later time
• Public holidays, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities or political crises and curfews

We assure you that we will try our best to deliver your product as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience during these times.

Please note: The shipping charge for international orders varies, depending on your country. And custom duties has to be paid by the customer separately as per the respective country standards.
